The unit does what it's supposed to do. Setting it up for your size of cups is a little fiddly, but once done it's very easy to use.
Haven't come across any yet!

An excellent all round machine but if you use poor quality bean you get poor quality coffee

Great coffee
Cleaning proceedure not intuitive

One touch cappuccino and latte. Immensely flexible control of settings (Strength and volume). Quiet operation, particularly coffee grind.
Cost of water filters and cleaning tablets. Explosive initial emission from milk frother causes splashes.

Produces fresh coffee that I think is as good as any sold at the coffee chains at a fraction of the price.

It does make a good coffee if you can get it to work properly. Looks good.
Temperamental and high maintenance. Cleaning products and filter expensive.

Bought an impressa z7 10 months ago and have had a few problems with it already. Very pricey, flimsy construction, horrible customer service, cannot recommend Jura lowly enough. Manufacturers warranty is not worth the paper it is written on, as Jura...

Consumer review (productreview.com.au)
Bought this machine in December 2011 and this week it is returning to Jura for the third time for the same problem - keeps tripping the power. This issue appears during the descale operation and then is unable to complete the descale. The first 2...
automatic, looked good, thought it would be a quality product
