Good guarantee, makes good coffee at correct high temperature, fairly good crema, excellent frothing for cappucino, very stylish. Filter holder substantial, machine feels solid.

Not the quickest machine at heating up.

You can get a really nice cup of coffee out of it, once you have mastered it.

The buttons on the front are really cheap and plastic. It makes a terrible mess. The noise is shocking. I wish my old machine hadn't worn out (after 12 years).
