Easy to use once you get the hang of it.

You have to use the filter on the machine. Even if you add pre filtered water to the machine, otherwise it flashes the descale message every 7-10 days.

Irregular instructions to clear used coffee container. Sometimes after only two cups, other times after several cups. Removing the container and shaking it removes the message on the display

This is a good cooffee machine so far. I like strong espresso and that's very easy to make but my friends always luke to try latte and capucino which again are so easy to make, you almost feel like a barista:)

Makes coffee just the way I like. Hot milk function works well. Ability to change cup quantity.

Long button in manual is not explained. No explanation as to the type of coffee is is trying to make. Designed to be used with extra hot water?

Perfect machine, we loving that we're able make latte or cappuchino at home without going to coffee shop! Would never exchange to a pod machine - using fresh coffee beans and milk makes big difference.
