Okay! First of all, one must never follow the instructions on how to make a cappuccino or an espresso. Fill the machine up to about an inch from the top with good distilled water. Do not tamp your espresso down to tightly on a steam pressure machine....

One negative that render this very nice product to only 40% useful or wasteful. The stem for the plunger is about 2 1/2 inches too short. Leaving about 1/3 cup of coffee not being able to pour out. I am wasting good coffee every time I use this cup.
