Purchased and very disappointed with item. Coffee was ok but using the steam frother was difficult due to poor design. After about 3 weeks the frother decided to malfunction and steam my fingers..! Item returned for a further refund.

Love this pitcher! Nice size - I don't like really big pitchers but this one is not too big, not too small. Love the fact that it's glass and not a big heavy pitcher. I use it for ice tea or iced lemon water. Definitely a great purchase!

I have no problem with Newegg service, and the shipping was fast, as usual. It's just a shame that this product includes this junk carafe to spoil an otherwise great product. I am entertaining thoughts of returning the coffemaker for this reason.
