I was pleased I’d had previous model instruction book was written, easier to understand, new machine one is all in pictures bit weird to follow.

The coffee/milk pods are quite expensive. The Expresso/Latte pod packets are very expensive, as you only get 8 cups for £5.00. You need to look for good bulk offers.
