This is my second H.B. Brewstation. The only problem with this unit, in the past, is that the dispenser part becomes worn out with continued use and the coffee just trickles out instead of a steady flow.Cleaning the station does'nt help with this...

This is my third pot as I get each new design. You don't need a carafe that doesn't really keep the coffee hot. You can brew it as strong as you like.

I love this, no pot to worry about, it is quick and quiet and makes a good cup of coffee. I would reccommend it. The only con is the coffee does not seem hot enough.

I enjoy having my coffe ready in the morning and not having a caraffe. Is not real hot while being brewed but heats up nicely after brew. Have not had any trouble with spillage from not lining up the cup. Works great. It does need a lot of overhead...

You can easily see how much coffee is left, after pouring a cup.
