There were no issues with the coffee pot and the service was great.

This coffee pot brews fast, keeps it hot & looks very nice on the countertop & is a top value for such a low price.

This is a Christmas gift and am sure the takers will be quite happy with it....We'll know more after it is used. I am quite satisfied at this point.

Have been using this for two weeks and so far, so good. Brews quickly with minimal grounds (so no need for paper filter). The instructions show a removable power cord, but I haven't yet figured out how to remove it. Despite that, no problem cleaning...
