Very compact and light weight. Excellent battery life. HD movies and 8mp camera

Takes more time to adapt from bright to dim conditions than more expensive cameras. Similarly the colour balance can be a bit suspect in tricky lighting conditions.

Battery life is bad, the camera does not come with a booklet detailing how to use which would be useful when out and about it only has info on a disk for the computer, Not easy to replay would record something then it would not play back. Wish I had...

The price it self is a good point. Perfect if you want to buy it for a teenager.

Poor battery life. The image on the camcorder screen is not great. It feels more like a plastic toy in your hand.
