Product is easy to use if you download provided software. LCD is small as expected, but unit is large and bulky for a keychain.

I actually returned this item. In order to make changes to anything you must plug it into your computer and use the supplied software. Also the address book is only a phone book, which I found useless since I can always look at my cell phone for a...
