Sony Bloggie Touch MHS-TS review

There is a lot of competition in the minicamcorder/pocket video camera space. Sony's Bloggie Touch stands out for its design and build quality, which is centered around a 3-inch touch screen. Past Sony models were lacking in the look and feel...

Attractive, lightweight, and small; full use of 3-inch screen for shooting; autofocus macro; captures stills while shooting video; simple to use.

Autofocus can be slow; no memory expansion; no HDMI cable included; no mic or headphone jack; weak software.

If you're looking for a simple shoot-and-share minicamcorder, the Bloggie Touch is a good option--that is, as long as you understand its limitations.

Great entry-level camcorder

This has been a great camera for basic use. It does have a standard thread for a tripod, so you can put it on any of them. When on a tripod, the camera focuses extremely well, however you can hear it focusing in an out in the playback if you move it...

60 framerate with 720p resolution. Still images look stunning compact size/simple UI

1080i limited to 30 fps Firmware slightly buggy No micro SD slot
