decent camera

 

While not really a con, this has a relatively short battery life, and as it is a hard disk camera, you don't want to run the battery all the way down until it dies. I'd recommend an upgraded battery to keep in your camera bag.

This is a decent little camera for the price. It holds a lot of video, records a decent picture and audio, and is really easy to use

My only real con is the recording format. It records in the relatively obscure .MOD format, which I've had a little trouble with. Many people will tell you that you cna just change the extension to .MPG because "MOD is really MPEG" but that is not...

Very nice camera

 

Newegg has this model listed with an HDMI connection. It does NOT have an HDMI connector. According to the JVC website, the MG680 and the MG670 are the only models with HDMI.
