Point and shoot, no fiddling about, works well in poor light as well.

Not much, really, just carry spare batteries for long shoots. Need a faster computer to deal with the recordings.

Overall it is a great product. I just feel let down by all the bad points.

It is being discontinued by the manufacturers and nobody tells you this when you're buying one. There is no external mic option. Flip support is pretty useless.

Simple, has a variety of uses particularly for research

Easy to use and great image/sound quality. Plugs directly into PC to store clips and plugs into TV. Got this in half price offer so great bargain.

Doesn't come with a case so will need to buy one separately.

Very easy to set up and use

Didnt automatically load the software that allows you to upload your videos (which it was supposed to do). Had to install it manually from the website. The 'zoom' on the camera is pathetic which means you have to be pretty close to what you are...
