The only downside I see is that the wrist strap is useless. It connects to the Flip by threading it through the bottom, and that would be fine except that the strap also has a loop that screws on and off. The threads are weak and it doesn't hold...

Maybe it's me, but I'm not sure if it can pause while recording. The "flip" out usb connector seems like a gimmick ; I would've liked a simple usb or firewire connector. It only records into H.264, which works with the installed software but not...

The screen itself is very bright, even in the sunlight, it is very visible. The resolution that it has on that tiny screen is unbelievable. It Shakes a bit less then the HD version of this camera, probably due to the lens being better. Uses AA...

It doesn't have expandable memory, which kind of is a bummer
