Very good pictures even with non bluray DVD's

I checked the reveiws before i bought this player and they were spot on.

bought this item to replace a dvd recorder that the little ones have lost the remote to. It was on special offer, and had around £40 off, which was nice, and the main reason for purchase, but it was a bonus when we saw the excellent dvd play back on...

My first Blu-ray machine. Easy to set up, plays well, excellent picture quality. I'm really pleased with it.

I am sure you can get lots of feature and maybe a better quality of picture on more expensive players, but this was just such a great buy!!! Ways better than expected....
