Seven

But for the life of me, I could not get past the old wise cop/ignorant young rookie cliché or accompanying dialogue inherent in Andrew Kevin Walker's otherwise solid screenplay. They simply took me out of the film whenever they reared their ugly head....

Finally available in high-definition ; Film remains a solid, intelligent thriller ; Solid acting across the board ; Video and audio presentations are first-rate ; Solid group of supplements

Character clichés are still irritating ; Pitt's overacting is sometimes hilarious ; A few supplements regarding the Blu-ray authoring would have been nice to have

All of the video-based supplements are presented in 480p Standard Definition.
