Pioneer UDP-LX500 (Black)

Purchased four weeks ago, upgraded picture and sound using regular blu ray discs. Yet to try 4k discs. High quality build and finish. Comprehensive remote. Expensive but reference standard.

I'm very happy with my purchase, built like a tank, thaught it was full of bricks when i picked it up. Fantastic sound from analog phono's hooked up with, Pioneer A-400 Amplifier, Tannoy 611 Speakers.

I have a library of DVD-A's (made from downloads pre-streaming), SACD's as well as regular DVD's and BluRays. This device plays them all in high quality (up to 4K for the latest BluRays) and replaces an elderly Cambridge Audio Device that just packed...

Worth every penny. Picture and sound are both impressive. Design is wonderful, the open/close is Rolls Royce. CD play back delivers. Blue rays are also great. All in all very happy.

Long time Pioneer fan,l had a Pioneer BDP- LX 58 a few years back loved that machine...but got bored with the home cinema scene so l sold it on, that and a SC LX57 receiver,anyway how does the UDP LX500 stack up against the BDP- LX58....To be honest l...
