I have had this Vornado fan for 2 months and it works well. The thing I do not like is the cord is short. If you have it on the low speed, you want it almost on top of you to feel the cool breeze.

Large, bulky fan that does not move much air for its size. Listed specs are a bunch of overstated bunk, when they state the fan being able to circulate the air in a space larger than a small closet. Overpriced and poor performance.

This fan is definitely a room air circulator. It really moves the air around in a room & just makes it feel cooler. Works great when using an air conditioner to circulates the cool air around. Would highly recommend.

I have several Vornado fans, but this style is my favorite, especially for helping the A/C keep the house comfortable in the summer. We tried the tower but it just wasn't made well and made noise right off the bat so we went back and bought another one...

we've bought them for years and the large Vornados are always great fans. But nowadays they're way too expensive (almost 100% more than 6 years ago). Of course, price of oil/plastics have doubled under Obama.
