Cant get Service or too expensive

le as I don't have a car) or they can come out. Service fee is $176 including 15 minutes of service then $22 for every 10 minutes after that! So that's $132 for an hour, plus parts. So you're looking at $176 plus say 1 hour labour $132 plus say $50...

Good unit when it works, but Unreliable.

d room down to 20C! When it works, it a really good unit, cools and heats very well. It's very noisy, but I think they all are in this portable style. I had to make a raised trolley on wheels for it, made emptying the water a lot better!! [censored...

Good Cooling and Heating performance. Looks OK.

Unreliable. Poor water drainage plug location.

Bad

I'm glad of the coolong ability (when it works), but the reliability issues mean I wouldn't buy another one or recommend it.

Cools well; Looks nice

Reliability is poor - warranty repair after 2 months, and again after 15 months. Still waiting for agent to get the parts for this second repair - needs a new main circuit board as well as a sensor replaced.

OK

he end we had to wheel it to the top of the stairs and drain the water out that way. Thank God it has wheels because the damn thing is so heavy!! The unit is also quite large so really does stick out like a sore thumb. It comes with a window fitting...

Cools the area effectively stated in the product description but only under 35 degree days

Noisy, especially at night. Water drainage outlet too low. Little value for money.Very big. Window fittings require some creative interpretation.

An effective cooler for the living/dining area. Doesn't take up a lot of space, and easily rolled away and stored for the cooler months. (only have the cooling mode machine as I have gas central heating)

A little noisy, but all these type units are. In this climate it tends to use a lot of water recommended for efficient cooling - got sick of frequently using an empty lemonade bottle for recommended 1800 litre top-up and filled it in one go with a 9...

Has been quite effective for this summer season, and I'll soon put it into storage for next season. Obviously can get around the noise problem by turning up the TV volume a bit, and the watering can means fewer refills. The lower drain pan is a silly...

We bought this aircon as the townhouse we're renting doesn't have one mainly for the use upstairs as it gets very hot under a non-insulated roof. It does the job ok but not for the money you pay for it. However when you're renting the choices are...
