We got 4 years from this unit. I am going to try a different brand next time. The worst thing is I have to buy a new unit (approx $900) and pay for re installation (approx $500) as newer models have different connections. (So I am told) What happened...

All round good A/C system for Bedroom or small office. Easy wall mounting on inddor unit. Locking Tabs didn't lock on mounting bracket too well. Sleep mode is a bonus in the bedroom.
