These are a good unit which I would only recommend if you have a veeryyy large room. Very heavy. If anyone has problems with these, its probably a bad installation in the first place as I have had zero problems.

pumps out the heat and pumps out the cool.

expensive to purchase. Once you go over the 7KW unit, the energy effieciency drops big time. Though, this is the case for most brands.

Bad

 

This model works well when it works but is nothing short of painful when something goes wrong. I can not recommend buying this model.

The inside unit looks good.

These units are unnecessarily complex in there inverter technology and very difficult to repair. This is compounded by Mitsubishi technical support who don't really know the circuits or the component structure.
