so far, i'm really enjoying the unit --- only using the heater part right now, and it's great. Helps keep the huge living room comfy, with it's therostat control. I'm sure the a/c will be even more wonderful, as it is 25000 btu's.

When temps. are in the teens this unit will not perform well.

It is awesome!! does everything we wanted it to do.
