Failed after 1 year

none

Only lasted 1 year, service said it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to fix a 1 year old machine. Read warranty close only replaced during the first year, labor is charged in the second year.

Best I've owned

I'm using this dehumidifier to maintain low humidy levels in my second home while I'm away. I installed a separate remote temp/humidity monitor and am pleased to report that this dehumidifier is maintaining the configured humidity level very well....

Auto restart after power failure ; Programmable humidity and fan speed ; Standard threaded hose connector for gravity drainage ; Quality caster wheels ; Relatively compact (compared to other units I've owned) ; Relatively quiet (compared to other units...

Great!!

Tilt for continuous use

Drains the water out of the air! Quiet for size.

Needs a slight tilt when using the drain hole on the back for continuous use, otherwise it drains partly into it's bucket and when that thing gets full it shuts off to be emptied.

Absolute champ of a dehumidifier

I purchased this dehumidifier after extensive flooding this summer put some serious water in my unfinished basement. With 150+ year old wood timbers as the structural supports for the house, I was anxious to get it dry down there. This dehumidifier has...

Reasonably quiet, seems to actually work at about the rate specified, and has a continuous drain (with threading for standard 1" female hose coupler, no less). Seems completely reliable

Continuous drain requires the dehumidifier to be more or less level to function. If it isn't level, it fills the tank instead-- apparently the continuous drain is just a bypass. Likewise, the drain works on gravity, meaning any lift is a no-go, so the...

Great Product

This works as advertised. It pulls a full bucket of water out in less than 24 hours. My previous one pulled a bucket of water out once a week (it was pretty old) but I dont think it ever did this good. Its not that loud like everyone says. It all...

None so far. Wish I would have got the drain tube since I have to empty it every day!

Great product

I bought this for my basement family room. First day i had to empty the bucket twice. 1) gets the job done 2) has wheels easy to move 3) build very nice 4) east to empty the bucket 5) easy to use 6) the room has been cold so the warm air it blows feels...

1) could make alittle less noise. but its not that bad. This is my first dehumidifier so nothing to compare to. 2) went on sale after i got it.
