This A/C was much better than I expected. Quiet right next to my bed. It kept my bed room cool enough for me to sleep throughout the night. When I was through with it, I was able to quickly take out the exhaust from the window and return it to normal....

Bought this product for a condo that doesnt have central a/c and doesnt allow window units, it was meant for part time use only on the hottest of days(condo is beachside generally we get ocean breeze)

Extremely easy to install. A little noisier than I expected, but after a few nights, it grows on you. Shoots out cold air, and cool the room quickly. I live in a 2 story home, with a/c. Am using this in the upstairs master bedroom over the garage.

This portable air conditioner is better then I thought it would be. It cools our bedroom and keeps it dry, even when it is hot and humid outside. Instalation was easy and it worked great as soon as we plugged it in. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Not sure about energy efficiency yet because I haven't had it long enough; however, if you want ice cold instantly, this is the product for you! I love this unit and it has been worth every cent!

A little noisey when the compressor kicks on but not bad for inside. I wish the exhaust hose was a little longer, my vertical window takes up more of the hose than a horizonal window. Also wish the vent could be adjusted side to side instead of just up...
