I am happy that I decided to spend the extra $ for this model vs the old style "Aspen Pad" coolers.

The Mastercool 5000 CFM is perfect for my 1600+ square foot home. When operating, it is whisper quite. I don't believe you could get a better cooling unit for the same price.

Everything went together nicely. You can actually take the unit apart and haul it up a roof if need be. Mine was sort of destroyed when I got it unboxed at home. It was going to be too much of a hassle to take back. Although it does look bad, it works,...
