It is a life saver and cools my small two bedroom unit with the help of stand fans to get it into the bedrooms. I love not having to empty the water several times a day.

The oscillater stopped working after 12 hours of use. Also I cannot use the maximum heat as it blows my fuse. The heat dispensed is not very strong at all. I don't know how to return it or I would.

I bought two of these a/c's and BOTH leaked and one sounded like it had lots of screws missing which made it extremely loud. Both units were defective. Both have been returned and I am waiting for a refund. KEEP THE BOX!
