American Comfort 13000 BTU Air Conditioner/Heater

item broken when received I was able to fix but after fixed directions very hard to follow and written very poorly

The A/C Unit worked great. But not all the parts was in the box. I called Fingerhut many times. but still no wheel for the front right side. So I am sending it back... But other then that, it worked okay for a small room....
