Excellent price for an air con that works. It cools a small room down quite quickly. If noise isn't a concern (server room maybe), then this is a great product for the money, and possibly the cheapest you'll get.

Hose length is a little short, had to gaffer tape on another piece of hose which looks messy. The noise! When others said it was noisy, I thought "yeah, but I'm sure *I* won't mind", but it's that loud that I now wait until it's really hot before...

we had no idea when we purchased the product it would be so difficult to get it installed. we can hang a pipe out of a window but we wanted it vented through a wall and to date we have not been able to find anyone to do it.
