apple led cinema display (24-inch) review: A new Cinema Display is certainly welcome, and hints towards more being released at next year's MacWorld. We do feel however that Apple has shot itself in the foot by only providing a Mini DisplayPort input.
viewsonic vx1962wm review: ViewSonic's latest is a great idea, hampered by not so great execution.
Higher resolution than usual, Unique design
Image and text isn't sharp enough, requiring you to squint, Menu navigation is unintuitive
Viewsonic's VX1962wm almost makes it, but falls over at the finish line due to non-sharp image quality.
asus mk241h review: The MK241H is a decent performer for what it is, but for AU$100 more you could have the vastly superior Dell 2408WFP or Samsung 245T.
Surprisingly good colour and horizontal viewing angles for a TN panel
Poor speakers, External speaker passthrough doesn't disable monitor speaker, Headphone passthrough sounds different to direct PC connection, Better value elsewhere
The MK241H is a decent performer for what it is, but for AU$100 more you could have the vastly superior Dell 2408WFP or Samsung 245T.
acer p241wb review: High brightness and a low price make the 24-inch Acer P241w immediately appealing, as does its unique bezel design, but we found its brightness came at the expense of deep colours and blacks.
Unique bezel design creates an aesthetically pleasing look, Sharp picture quality with DVDs and games, Very high screen brightness, DVI, VGA and HDMI ports
High brightness makes for washed out colour and shallow blacks, No height adjustment or rotation feature, OSD menu navigation takes some getting used to
High brightness and a low price make the 24-inch Acer P241w immediately appealing, as does its unique bezel design, but we found its brightness came at the expense of deep colours and blacks.

hp lp2480zx review: HP's LP2480zx is a sight to behold. Now if only we had a spare AU$4,200 kicking around...
Natural, vibrant colours without being garish, Large array of inputs, Massive configurability through the OSD
PIP mode not as comprehensive as it could be, Bundled calibration software has poor multi-monitor support
HP's LP2480zx is a sight to behold. Now if only we had a spare AU$4,200 kicking around...
viewsonic vp2250wb review: While it's definitely not a professional monitor as claimed, as an all-purpose monitor ViewSonic's VP2250wb does well, offering a step up within the 22-inch space.
Good colour coverage, Sturdy base, Good manoeuvrability
Response time accelerator is useless above default value
While it's definitely not a professional monitor as claimed, as an all-purpose monitor ViewSonic's VP2250wb does well, offering a step up within the 22-inch space.
viewsonic vled221wm review: ViewSonic's LED back-lit monitor leaves a lot to be desired in the performance stakes, especially considering its price.
Pleasant enough design, Good blacks
Oversaturated colours, Pricey for what it is, Over-active DCR, Hidden option for turning off DCR, Poor speakers, No numerical values on RGB controls
Viewsonic's LED back-lit monitor leaves a lot to be desired in the performance stakes, especially considering its price.
benq v2400w review: BenQ's V2400W is a great way to get a higher resolution at a cheap price, although some of the usual extras are left out along the way.
Decent quality image, Great resolution and size for an affordable price, Distinct style
DVI and HDMI cables not included, No height or swivel adjustment, Menu buttons are a bit unwieldy to use, Poor PlayStation 3 performance over HDMI
BenQ's V2400W is a great way to get a higher resolution at a cheap price, although some of the usual extras are left out along the way.
dell 2709w review: Dell's latest 27-inch introduces an updated menu system, several new inputs and wide colour gamut.
New menu system is leagues ahead of the 07 and 08 series, Great blacks, Mass of video inputs, Audio out for HDMI
Can be easy to accidentally turn off due to touch sensitive buttons, Zoom function only magnifies the centre, can't be repositioned., Standard preset is too saturated, sRGB too undersaturated, Left and right sides at the extremes are a bit dark, Noticeabl...
While hardcore PC gamers might want to stay clear, and colour professionals may have to wrestle a little with calibration to get the most out of it, the 2709W is likely to please your average user to no end who wants a big screen with a decent resolution....

samsung syncmaster 305t lcd monitor review: Thanks to its incredible viewing angle, high resolution, and stellar overall picture quality, Samsung's 30-inch SyncMaster 305T gets an assured recommendation.
Great performance in colour and sharpness, Amazing viewing angle, Blu-ray and DVD image quality is some of the best we've seen
Limited video connection options,br> Includes only brightness controls (thanks to technical limitations), Streaking apparent in DisplayMate test
Thanks to its incredible viewing angle, high resolution, and stellar overall picture quality, Samsung's 30-inch SyncMaster 305T gets an assured recommendation.
