Viva Pi?ata: Party Animals

By Brandon Carlson (gamesarefun.com)

There is just no other way to say this: Viva Pi?ata: Party Animals is not very enjoyable. I could spend hours (and believe me, I have) trying to spruce up that intro, but nothing else will cut it. Party Animals is a bland and generic party game that is...

Unless you have kids, Viva Pi?ata: Party Animals will collect a lot of dust on your shelf after its first play. A few parts of it do well to keep your attention, but as a whole it just isn?t worth your time. Enough party games exist on the Xbox 360...

Viva Piñata: Party Animals

By Phil Theobald (gamespy.com)

There's some fun to be had at this party, but don't be surprised if you get tired of the party games.

Younger players will enjoy it; good for multiplayer matches; racing is enjoyable; some mini-games are fun

Most mini-games are dull and repetitive; there aren't a lot of tracks; older players will get bored rather quickly

Viva Piata: Party Animals Review

By Chad Grischow (planetxbox360.com)

Why must you taunt us, Microsoft? First, you release one of the best games of 2006 to with no fanfare. Next, you package said game in one of the oddest looking, most childish packages in videogame history. Then, uber-nerd Bill Gates calls gamers who...

What the game lacks in modes, it makes up for in the number of challenges; at least on the surface. The game boasts forty-two challenge events. With gamers needing to win one event to unlock another, it will take quite a bit of time for gamers to see...

Finally, you tease us by releasing a silly party game title as opposed to an all-out sequel. Is a Viva Piñata filled with burp races better than no Viva Piñata at all? That is the question.

Viva Pi?ata: Party Animals Review (Xbox 360)

By (teamxbox.com)

first came out on the Xbox 360, I didn't think there would be much to it. Then I started playing the game and it quickly became my guilty gaming pleasure. I couldn't stop obsessing over these candy-filled critters

library, it’s a safe bet your find at least a few entertaining distractions

Viva Pi?ata: Party Animals

By Eric (reviewbusters.net)

Rare has been having a rough start on the Xbox 360 so far. Perfect Dark Zero wasn?t nearly as good as we expected, Kameo: Elements of Power felt like a 3-D Zelda game without any of its good components and Viva Pi?ata didn?t become that next big game...

Viva Pi?ata: Party Animals might not be the game we are wanting from Rare, but it will do for now. Party Animals is mainly meant for children, teenagers and young adults will most likely get sick of the game play here after an hour or so. You can...

For now I would rent this game, buy Viva Pi? ata and save the extra money for when Party Animals becomes cheaper.
