Splinter Cell: Blacklist

Ultimately, Splinter Cell: Blacklist show just how long a way the series has come since 2002, but we ended up being most pleased that the latest entry has stepped into the light. It’s well worth skulking or rushing into a retail store, or sneaking...

Splinter Cell Blacklist Review

Splinter Cell Blacklist won't revolutionize the genre, but it's still an enjoyable third-person action shooter worthy of the franchise name. The campaign is alright, but the excellent multiplayer picks up the slack.

Spies vs. Mercs is incredible, Multi-faceted approach to campaign missions

Same old story, different settings, Same old dialogue, different setting

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist (Xbox 360) Review

While Conviction was a good game, Blacklist is even better. It strikes a good balance of old-style Splinter Cell games but making the game modern for today's audiences. There are a few quirky bits but this game largely hits all the high notes and was...

Out Of The Shadows

+ Endless amount of gameplay, + Variety of play styles, + Captivating story, + Spies vs. Mercs

- Lack of narrative alteration due to choices, - Some play styles within areas are predetermined, - Filler game sequences feel out of place

Splinter Cell: Blacklist

Terrific and well-balanced gameplay that offers a delicious combo of stealth and action, awesome level design, well-written characters, plenty to do beyond the main story;

The cover system doesn't always work as it's supposed to, AI and other technical issues, not all people are going to like the new Sam.

Blacklist puts Splinter Cell back on the map, so to speak, and we’re double-glad this has happened. While Sam may not be the Sam we remember, his latest adventures gave us a lot of thrilling moments. It’s a thoroughly entertaining game that provides a...

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist

Splinter Cell slowly begins to circle the drain with this new entry in the series.

Tight controls; great voice acting; wide variety of approaches to most situations; good amount of weapons and gadgets to play with.

Different play styles end up constraining the player; Sam Fisher’s new voice doesn’t fit at all; graphics appear quite dated without the texture pack; feels less like Splinter Cell and more like 24.
