A colossal waste

One Word: Screwed. I myself am not a fan of such strategy games but under egging by some of my sicko friends I decided to get this. I nearly regretted it. The graphics are good but not outstanding, it is strategic yes, but difficult and some of the...

Occupying, Can play multiplayer, achievement

Poor graphics, angles, not stimulating enough, no energy, too taxing

Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (Xbox 360) review

By NowGamer ArchiveBot (nowgamer.com)

C&C has returned with a vengeance – let the battle commence

In the same vein as the originals, C&C 3 combines merciless RTS action with a pace that takes some getting used to. Tactic fiends may find it slightly lacking; everyone else will go bonkers.

Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (Xbox 360) review

By Thomas McDermott (darkzero.co.uk)

The C&C series has been going on many, many years now. In fact a quick glance at a box that always seems to be close by my computer tells me that it has been well over a decade since I first began to play the fabled franchise. Personally I have always...

A fantastic option for those that cannot play the PC version in all it's glory.

As such I have had very little contact with the PC version, only notching up an hour or two's worth of gameplay when a mate of mine was looking the other way and I managed to get my hands on his snazzy new rig.

Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars Review for Xbox 360

By Tom Orry (videogamer.com)

Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars for Xbox 360 Review - Command & Conquer 3 should be in your collection if you're a console gamer. Just don't expect the Xbox 360 version to compete with the PC release.

Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars

By Thomas Ryan (play.tm)

With the four-year long wait almost over, anticipation for the 'King of RTS' is very high indeed. After the bitter disappointment that was 'Generals' fans of the series will be expecting a lot from this new title, hoping that even just a small piece of...

For those playing the demo prior to the full launch, here is a little tip to get the most out of the trial: If you want to play as the NOD faction then select a 'New Skirmish' and when you go to select your faction hold the 'N' key down and click on...

With EA gearing up for the push has the demo delighted or dismayed the gaming public, or has it ushered-in a sense of hope that the series has regained its roots in the face of stiff competition from the likes of Supreme Commander?

Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath

By Allen 'Delsyn' Rausch (gamespy.com)

EA's unfortunate "standalone expansion" for Command & Conquer 3 makes many of the mistakes its predecessor avoided.

Enjoyable campaign; fun additions to multiplayer; campy cutscenes; Nod and GDI sub-factions; Siege mode

Difficult controls; Traveller-59 faction; story confusing for new players; new units only for sub-factions; useless epic units; campaign puzzle maps

Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars

By Troy Goodfellow (gamesradar.com)

Defiantly old-fashioned and a whole lot of fun, Tiberium Wars demands to be played

Each faction has a unique look ; Minimal learning curve between sides ; Skirmish matches are usually quick

Overacting in the campaign ; Many units look similar at a glance ; The default speed is probably too fast

Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (Xbox 360) - Gameplanet Review

By Joel Lauterbach (gameplanet.co.nz)

Essentially most of C&C 3: Tiberium Wars problems derive from the controls which are awkward at times. Other than that its a great RTS with an enjoyable storyline, even though it brings nothing new to the genre. Its a notable effort from EA and for...

Gorgeous effects; beautifully rendered environments; nice shadows; good attempt at an RTS on a console; great storyline; return of live-action cut scenes; multiple objectives will keep you coming back

Slow-down when the battles get furious; clunky controls; awkward cursor and controls make it difficult to select some units; a lot of trial and error will keep you restarting missions several times

Command & Conquer 3

By Josh Wirfs (GT: dz Bluntman) (xbox360achievements.org)

Up until last year's Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-Earth 2, PC gamers scoffed at the notion that a real-time strategy game could ever be successfully pulled off on a console. It's been tried before, but never with any success. Even the reigning...

Command and Conquer 3 is a strategy masterpiece, and an excellent continuation of the series. Whether you've played the previous games before or not, the story is enthralling, and the live action cutscenes are unique and perfectly executed. If you're a...

With an incredibly indepth multiplayer offering and a lengthy and deep singleplayer campaign, Command and Conquer 3 will keep you playing for months. The controls are amazingly fluid and easy to learn, and you'll be playing like a pro within the first...

Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars

By CHRIS HUDAK (evergeek.com)

The challenging, oft-campy and always-engaging military/sci-fi real-time hokum that is classic Command & Conquer makes a more-or-less triumphant return with C&C 3: Tiberium Wars, and now Xbox 360 gamers can get in on the action with this here Xbox 360...

In the story-driven campaign of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars, the Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of Nod factions are at it again, the same conflict playable from either perspective. These days, however, a minimum of three warring...

Chaos and goofily-earnest cutscene-acting ensue.

Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars

By Todd Douglass Jr. (videogametalk.com)

It's really not a rare thing when a popular PC game is ported over to home consoles. If you have ever partaken in some of these experiences you probably already know going in that much of the quality (in many people's opinions) typically gets lost in...

Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars is an important PC port because it finally gets the RTS translation right. The interface is user-friendly, the controls are intuitive, and the presentation is very impressive. I suppose the biggest thing that C&C 3...

This is especially true when you take the real-time strategy (RTS) genre into account. For some reason developers haven't been able to pump out a successful campaign onto consoles. That was, at least, until now.
