This product is fab, cleans the floor brilliantly. Used quite a lot as there are two little ones who love making a mess. Can't fault it at all. Thank you karcher

Nothing bad bout this product at all.

Like the fact that all the bits can be stored together with the steamer, as it is designed to hold tchem while stored.

It does absolutely nothing but wiping smooth surfaces. The detailed nozzle did not even remove dirt that came of easily with a cloth. I swapped it for e-cloth mop, a simple mop which cost me £16, and I a very happy with my choice. Does a great job,...

Seems to cool down quickly, keep having to wait for orange light to go off.

Excellent cleaner, very easy to use and ideal to have hose from the tank so your not carrying the water. Good size tank as well. Have used at home as well as work to remove 20 years of dirt on a tiled floor.

On heavily soiled floors you need to mop them after to lift the dirt. The cloth gets dirty quickly which isn't a big problem around the house.
