Awesome item, wish we'd got one years ago, much easier than mopping but only 4* as the lead should be longer but other than that it's great

So easy to use, it's light, heats up in seconds, glides easily on floor (I've not used it on my carpet yet) cleans effortlessly. I'd definitely recommend this product.
