Our first toaster had to be returned as one of the buttons didn't press down properly, but John Lewis exchanged it quickly and without fuss and we've had no problems with the second toaster. Very happy with it and it looks great in our kitchen!

We got this as a replacement. Works very well without heating up the surrounding era. Saves power. You don't have to use the large oven for smaller meals. Easy to clean.

I would have to say Ohaus has some of the best scales for the price. It was very accurate. Was within .01gram accuracy of actual weight of item. Love it!

Pass over this one. Dials are impossible to read, and takes forever to cook anything. Toast is the worst, usually takes two passes to get it brown. Also trips our gfi occasionally as an added feature.
