The affordable Skullcandy Shrapnel Bluetooth speaker offers good audio performance, a rugged design, and a strong feature set.

Solid, mids-focused audio performance. Speakerphone functionality. Splash-proof, drop-proof design.

Not for those seeking big bass response.

Conclusions In this price range, we also like the splash-proof JBL Clip+ , which offers a similar audio experience for a bit less money. If you're looking for more bass, you can get a better sense of low-end if you spend a little more on a speaker like...

Clear and simple to use

" This product accommodated my needs when I went on holiday. The sole purpose of this was to play music before I went out in the night. The sound filled the whole room clearly and is loud. Simple to use and quickly charges, would highly recommend. "
