Premium water-resistant Braven 855s Bluetooth speaker packs some punch

The Braven 855s isn't cheap, but it's built like a brick (and weighs as much) and delivers decent sound.

The Braven 855s is ruggedly built, water-resistant, and sounds good for a portable wireless Bluetooth speaker. You can also pair up two speakers to amplify the sound or create stereo right/left speakers.

Expensive; a little bulky; can distort at higher volumes with certain tracks.

The Braven 855s is a bit overpriced, but it's built like a brick, delivers decent sound and has strong battery life.

Review: Braven 855s HD Wireless Speaker

Ok, ok, I already reviewed the Braven 850 recently here. The Braven 855s is just its weatherproofed sibling, everything else is the same.

I wouldn’t dunk the Braven 855s in a tub of water, though, or take it on a river crossing. While it is weatherproof, it isn’t waterproof.
