Bose SoundLink Micro

A great portable speaker . Bose SoundLink Micro .

Compact design ; Close to indestructable ; Good sound for the price

Doesn't do 360 sound ; Not quite as load or clear as the Wonderboom

An excellent portable speaker that’s ideal for close outdoor and shower listening.

Bose SoundLink Micro review: Mega sound from the palm-sized portable

As small-scale Bluetooth speakers go, the Bose SoundLink Micro brings mega sound and volume from a diminutive package that has to be heard to be

Massive sound from a palm-sized design ; Fully waterproof ; Google Assistant/Siri/Alexa voice control ; Bose Connect app to pair more than one speaker in stereo

UE Wonderboom betters it for less cash ; Micro-USB port should be USB-C for faster charging times ; Silicone band could be more practical ; No AUX

As small-scale Bluetooth speakers go, the Bose SoundLink Micro brings mega sound and volume from a diminutive package that has to be heard to be believed.

Bose SoundLink Micro review: The rugged speaker you can take anywhere

It's small, it's cute and it's rugged, but the Bose SoundLink Micro isn't the best sounding tough speaker around

Ruggedised and portable design ; Multifunctional voice-assistant button

Terrible sound quality ; Doesn't float ; Dubious strap

If you told me this speaker was £40, I’d excuse its poor sound for its multifunctional voice-assistant button and portable, rugged design. But at £100, I can’t do that.

Bose SoundLink Micro review

The compact and rugged SoundLink Micro Bluetooth speaker from Bose has a tear-proof strap to help you secure it to a bike, bag, or belt when you're on your travels. It's waterproof too, but does this wireless speaker sound good enough to deserve a...

Bose SoundLink Micro review

A tiny Bluetooth speaker you can literally carry in your pocket sounds like a great concept, but going small -- and I mean really small -- usually means sacrificing sound quality, or more specifically bass performance. Bose's SoundLink Micro, the...

The Bose SoundLink Micro is a pocket-sized Bluetooth speaker that is able to play louder and produce richer and louder sound than competing micro wireless speakers. It's fully waterproof, has a built-in microphone for speakerphone calls, plus an...

A little pricey and battery life is only average.

While it may not be a bargain at its price point, the travel-friendly Bose SoundLink Micro is well-built and arguably the best sounding speaker in its size class.

Bose SoundLink Micro

The Bose SoundLink Micro speaker delivers an impressive Bluetooth audio performance for its size, but its price feels a tad high.

Strong audio performance, with rich lows and well-defined highs. Waterproof. Good speakerphone mic.

A little overpriced. No aux input.

The Bose SoundLink Micro is certainly one of the better-sounding speakers we've tested in its size category. At $110, though, it definitely faces stiff competition. The hardest thing for us to reconcile is that the SoundLink Micro is basically twice as...

Bose SoundLink Micro review: A nice price cut makes it even better

Bose's smallest and most affordable wireless speaker is arguably the best sounding speaker in its tiny size class.

Battery life is only average. Bigger portable speakers will deliver similar or better sound for the same money or less.

The well-built and travel-friendly Bose SoundLink Micro is arguably the best sounding speaker in its tiny size class.

Bose Soundlink Micro review: This very tiny Bluetooth speaker delivers great big sound

Anyone looking for a good-sounding portable Bluetooth speaker that can almost fit in your pocket should audition this Bose model.

Rugged and well weatherized ; Produces surprisingly pleasant audio with good separation, given its small dimensions ; Can be paired with a second Soundlink Micro for stereo sound

Monophonic sound, unless paired with a second speaker ; Noticeable low-frequency distortion at higher volume levels ; No auxiliary audio input or output

The Bose Soundlink Micro is a pricey but capable Bluetooth speaker. Provided the limitations caused by its diminutive size are understood, it’ll be a rugged, highly-portable audio device that will serve users well.

Review: Bose Soundlink Micro | Convenient And Easy To Use Bose Soundlink Micro

Very easy to use and bring along to the beach, but you have to compromise on sound.

Sturdy with a handy rubber strap. Microphone and voice assistants. Party mode and stereo pair.

No aux input, only wireless. Mediocre sound quality. Short battery life.

Bose SoundLink Micro Review

Great sound for a small speaker, but the short battery life feels limiting in something so portable

Good sound quality, Completely waterproof, lightweight and portable

Short battery life

The is a great little speaker, but some may find its short battery life of 5 hours somewhat limiting. The is just as portable and lasted 14 hours in our battery life test, but its soud quality is slightly inferior.
