Audioengine's A5+ Wireless speakers deliver a stellar sonic experience aimed at audiophiles with 24-bit upsampling to ensure high-quality Bluetooth audio.

Excellent audio performance with solid bass depth and clarity throughout the frequency range. High-quality Bluetooth streaming with 24-bit upsampling. Wired connectivity options. Can be used with a subwoofer.

No source knob. Limited remote control.

If you want a good-looking, high quality all-in-one wireless speaker system, perhaps with a companion app or voice assistance, you have strong options in the Google Home Max, the Sonos One, and the Urbanears Baggen. But not everyone wants a "smart"...

Audioengine A5+

The ; powered speakers deliver phenomenal sound and offer simple, attractive styling. They feature two audio inputs and an integrated USB port for charging source devices (phones, iPods). The two speakers can be placed as far apart as needed to...

The speakers aren't cheap, and many will find them to be too large and bulky compared with standard PC speakers. The AC power port found in the earlier model is no longer present, and you can't switch between the two inputs--both are always active.

The Audioengine 5+ powered speakers deliver excellent sound quality and provide a clutter-free way to listen to smartphones, iPods, or any other audio source.

The fantastic, audiophile-friendly Audioengine 5+ speakers sound powerful without a thunderous subwoofer or booming bass.

Audiophile-quality performance. Flat response speakers that provide refined bass performance. Attractive design.

Audioengine's new A5+ speakers keep what was already great about the company's original A5s, while adding a number of small refinements.

Rich, detailed, room-filling sound that bests speakers costing twice as much. New quarter-inch threaded inserts on the bottom of each speaker for easy stand mounting. Dead simple to set up. USB power port keeps your iPhone/iPod charged and the music...

For multimedia speakers, the extension of the AudioEngine 5+ speakers are going to give you some excellent real-world low end not found on most 2.0 systems-and you can always add a subwoofer.
