Great Case

Seems to me that OS loading time problem have solution and may be caused by X99 motherboard. May be newer BIOS will help but now I have the latest ver. Can't rate higher than 3* until get stable loading times

Small, sits on MB, not in 3,5" bay. Doesn't take SATA port to connect. Fast. Write\read speeds are close to tech specs (at least benchmarks say so)

Have no idea what's happening but clean Win 7 loading time can be anything from sweet 8s to 1994's 60 seconds. Sad and unexpected

Plextor PX-G512M6e

My fault for not checking thickness but I didn't think that would have been a problem. Lesson learned.

Super fast and 512GB makes this a perfect m.2 SSD

Too thick for mt HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1 laptop. It wouldn't lay flat inside without bending the connection board so I ended up using the OEM m.2 SSD that came with it. I would have liked the extra storage space

Not (to me) noticeably faster than my SATA SSD's

Easy install, SSD fast, what more do you need

Plextor M.2 SSD Made for Gamers

I would have liked the mini M.2 SSD with some kind of metal cover to protect it from ESD. Also when you install any computer electronic equipment like M.2 SSD, Memory, Video Cards etc..,I suggest you ground yourself with an anti-static wrist wrap and...

I installed the latest Firmware 1.04 which says it supports secure boot and fixes other errors. You need a MSDOS Boot CD and the Plextor files to flash the drive. This method is old and Plextor needs to come up with their own UI with better tools like...

Won't boot in UEFI with Asus Z97-Delux

In my previous system that was 5 years old, I went from a spinning boot disk to a SSD. The speedup was impressive. I had a Crucial SSD that died just after the warranty ran out and I had to restore the system to a spinning disk while I waited for a new...

My gosh this thing is lightening fast. It is immediately recognized as a "PCI Express x2" by the Asus Z97-Delux. Go to the Plexor site and download their PlexTool to get more information about the drive once it is installed. Having the SSD right on the...

I have tried every setting on the Asus Z97-Delux but I cannot get the system to boot from this drive or even see it during Windows 8.1 installation if I set the system to do UEFI boot only. I have to boot this drive in Legacy MBR mode to be able to see...
