Luv mine

I downloaded firmware update from Patriot and run it smoothly. I would buy it again and probably will.

It`s cheap and fast. After 2 plus months of use I just benchmarked it. About 419 MB/s Write, 562 MB/s Read. Pretty much as advertised for a 120 GB model.

None yet.

Good upgrade for old laptop

I haven't had this very long, so I can't comment on durability or longevity. EDIT: No issues still after about 6 months.

Fast boot times, fast application launch times, power consumption generally about 2W lower than with previous 7200 rpm drive.

None so far

Doesn't Hold Up Well

So far Patriot's RMA has been useless. I've been fighting them to RMA the two dead drives for weeks now with no luck. I cannot say I recommend this drive whatsoever or Patriot products for that matter. You get what you pay for.

Cheap

Poor performance when compared to only slightly more expensive drives. 2 of 5 drives died within 3 months of use under a light desktop workload in an office.

Do not buy. As Admiral Ackbar would say, "Its a trap!"

I do not recommend it. If they can get the reliability thing fixed, it'd be worth it. But right now its just a gamble on how long your data will last. Looks like I'm extra unlucky as others got two weeks or a month before it failed them.

Very fast and worked great. For a week.

Total drive failure after a week. Bios didn't even see it. Lost my OS and everything on it. Going through support now, I'll update this based on how it goes.

26.67% Failure Rate (12/18/15), from my experience.

-Be Afraid...Be Very Afraid. -I've purchased 15 drives this calendar year. As of 12/18/15, 4 of the drives have failed, 'No Boot Device', with full data loss. -The Patriot RMA department is very slow to respond. It took me two weeks to receive and RMA...

Inexpensive Drive

-Patriot is a great solid state drive...so long as you don't use it. -Slow RMA warranty support. -The last drive failed within 6 weeks of installation.

Awesome SSD

Not the largest SSD out there but the price can't be beat (with an external HD you can easily use this).

Installed it on an ASUS Laptop F554LA-NH51 running Windows 10 x64. No issues. Sister loves the speed over the cumbersome hard drive.

Nice stable drive

Fantastic upgrade from my old mechanical drive. Super fast & stable! So far no issues. Cold boot times are less than 10seconds with Win 10. Applications open and load fast. Read and write are quicker than I have ever experienced on any drive. Before I...

None at all.

Two up, two down

On 8/28/15 I ordered two Patriot Blaze 120GB drives from Newegg with the intention of using them as Windows system only drives. Data would be stored on a different drives. On 9/15/15 the first of those two drives died. Newegg made the replacement quick...

Both were very fast compared to spinning disks

Both died early deaths. One within 2 weeks, the other after two months.

Died After 1 Month

- Only use if reliability isn't an issue

- Worked great until it died

- It only lasted 1 month
