FAILED - MUSHKIN DOES NOT RESPOND

MUSHKIN/NEWEGG PLEASE ASSIST. I have a $167 paperweight. I two more of these drives I hope I did not experience the same thing. I thought by buying the extended warranty I had no concerns, I was wrong.

Drive recognition was no problem by both Windows XP and Windows 7. Performance was pretty good. Price was good 7/15, $50 cheaper today.

9 months out win XP does not recognize the drive and Windows 7 reports errors. All tools attempted do not help. Formatting and re-partitioning does not help. I have submitted multiple tickets to Mushkin and they simply do not reply. I cannot locate a...

Good value, dependability and price per gigabyte

They're good solid drives, i can understand the industry standard of .05% defective or DOA. Other than that i would tend to think its improper use or care.. Its not a platter drive don't treat it like one.- Do NOT run programs or services that...

I have now purchased 16 or so of these or the ECO series drives recently, this is my 7-8Th? order of these Mushy drives from here in the past few months. I only use these drives 2/4 at a time in raid setups. Not one failure. Don't confuse low price...

RMA

Seemed OK for a few months.

The drive was put into service in August 2015. It failed the smart test March 2016 and was also giving windows errors. Drive fails smart test no matter what motherboard you put it on. Put RMA request in on 3/28 in the morning. No response so far.

Fast in short spurts, but terrible for gaming

Only get this if you just want a fast lightweight machine that won't be doing anything intensive.

Extremely fast bootup, good size for an SSD in this price range.

I replaced the HDD in my new laptop thinking this would be better for gaming. For the longest time I just thought my gaming laptop sucked, but after months of research and troubleshooting I narrowed it down to this drive. It works fine for less...

Worked nice for 11 months Now trying to return under warranty.

Fast and easy to install

None other than drive failed after 11 months. Windows 8 reports Via Smart it is impending failure and to replace. Have since taken out of my system and tracking down how to return under warranty. Giving 2 eggs because only lasted 11 months

One drive out of four failed on me after 6 months. It wasn't catastrophic and I was able to image the drive and clone it before it died. Customer service was excellent. They responded to and approved my RMA request within 2 hours of submitting it--no...
