Easily Installed, no problems.

AVOID FOR MISSION CRITICAL DATA

Lasted four days on my server in RAID 0 then one of them died outright won't even be detected. This product and all other SSD's should be cleansed from ever being purchased, i have NEVER been more upset over a product failure as in the past it didn't...

Cheap.

It's an SSD, they don't serve much purpose other than failure and depression. Not cheap enough for the quality.

Good speed, questionable build quality.

I've noticed a few worrying things, namely: - Either there is no temperature probe, or a malfunctioning one - Readings show it hotter than any other hard drive in the system, despite drawing less power and being positioned in the path of an intake fan,...

-Near advertised read/write speeds -Small, lightweight, and cheap

-Showing defects/signs of failure after the first couple weeks, but has survived 3 months so far -Unclear warranty

Good price, not great performance so far

It was cheap really fast read speeds (450MB/s give or take a few)

Terrible write speed.. guessing something is wrong with my particular drive.. -_- anywhere from 70-90 MB/s probably need to RMA when I can afford to be without it

once i got one that works...

I wrote another review. a working drive is nice, and brought an aging laptop back to nice performance levels. Apparently Newegg does not mind bad reviews of manufacturers, but do not post reviews that shed light on their short comings. in short bought...

was cheap, and sped up an older Dell laptop spiffily.

1st one was DOA. no RMA with Corsair. have to deal with Newegg

1 for 2 so far.

Newegg is awesome. Seems like I'm not the first reviewer to see this issue. I agree with the sentiment of the last reviewer. Can't demerit as much since I have a working unit.. Especially at this price.

Ordered two for two separate machines. One is working well thus far. Got them on sale for $35 so the price was awesome.

The second drive failed during firmware update. After some researching the issue seems to be a stuck bootloader. I'm awaiting replacement now. Hopefully it will be a good one.

The Best Part Was The Wait

I recommend people avoid this product. It might be better as a non refurbished unit, but due to this experience I will likely buy a different brand with better support. Corsair has the firmware and other resources necessary to repair this drive, but...

Newegg was awesome.

Corsair didn't actually repair the drive. It bricked within 20 minutes of receiving it. The worst part is that I was using corsairs own updating software to update the firmware of the SSD. I know how important drivers and firmware can be.
