Monitor was refurbished and looked like it was shipped from someone's garage. Box was destroyed. Scotch tape to hold box flap together. Missing component. Then sent back to new egg with out issue but revived a cracked monitor from poor packing . I...

OK monitor

 

Decent monitor for occasional home use. It was an open box for under $90. Good sturdy adjustable stand

All the original packing material was missing. The monitor was stuffed sideways into a cardboard box. Nothing significant seems damaged

Whomever bought and returned a mass of these did not return the power adapters. Out of our order of 3, only 1 had a power adapter, and 1 has no cables at all ; Newegg quality control is definitely lacking. Out of three boxes only one monitor is...

Product Works As Advertised

 

We've been using it for a couple of weeks and so far so good. Our outdoor lights are on by the time I get home, and they are off by the time I leave for work in the morning. Time will tell whether it holds up during the rainy season!

Easy to install and use. Nice that it comes with two outlets -- although only one of them can be set with the timer

Did The Job

 

I am impressed at how well this timer did the job I wanted it to do. The directions were a little vague, and I had to proceed on intuition, but it worked right away, turning our outdoor Christmas lights on and off at the appropriate times.

I wish the cord from the device to the end where you plug into whatever device you want timed was longer. It made it awkward to connect the timer to the light strand, and somewhat difficult to hang
