WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2006 Review for PSP

WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2006 for PSP Review - Smackdown! vs. RAW 2006 ought to be in your collection, but you'll be better off with the PlayStation 2 version if you've got the choice.

WWE SmackDown vs RAW 2006 (PSP) review

Chances are, you're a huge WWE fan- you stay up late to watch the pay-per-views live instead of watching the edited reruns.....

It really is quite surprising how authentic the PSP version is, despite some obvious graphical compromise.

WWE SmackDown! Vs. Raw 2006 review for the PSP

A small suplex.

Exactly like the PS2 game; Ad Hoc multiplayer; Trade and import created wrestlers

No online play; Stupid mini-games

WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2006 for the PSP is a remarkably accurate and functional port, and as such, there's a ton of content and great gameplay here. It's so true to its predecessor, however, that it's tough to justify buying again if you already own the...

WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2006

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2006 is the first appearance of a THQ/Yukes/WWE title on Sony's handheld platform, and the initial results are actually not that bad. The title closely mirrors its PS2 counterpart and is even designed to link the two titles...

Very close, graphically, to the PS2 version ; Season mode now has at least three unique storylines instead of one ; New GM mode has a lot of potential

Season needs to be expanded; either by adding dark matches and house shows, or by adding more than one season ; Nearly all voice work removed to fit the game onto a single UMD ; New GM Mode is pure first-draft theatre ; Each wrestler should have his or...

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2006 is a strong debut for the franchise on the PSP format, but the UMD’s storage limitations mean a lot of voicework is sacrificed and load times are way worse than on PS2. Great potential, but needs work.

WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2006

PSP needed a good beat-'em-up and this near perfect conversion of its big brother, Smackdown Vs. Raw 2006 PS2, is something of a joy to play.

Few lame game modes, but overall not bad.

SmackDown VS Raw 2006

The beefcake parade is back again and we're mightily pleased that it has. This review covers both PSP and PS2 versions of the same game with both games virtually identical with a few minor alterations.

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2006

Yuke's top-selling PlayStation franchise finds a new home in handheld.

Literal adaptation of the year's best wrestling game to PSP, from modes to voice acting; USB cross-connectivity with PS2 version helps make up for

abysmally long loads times that break up gaming momentum to a nearly unplayable point, ad hoc sync issues, some PSP-exclusive minigames are useless

WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2006 Preview

THQ is bringing their PS2 wrestling title to the PSP.

The PSP version of SmackDown! Vs Raw 2006 is supposed to be released on December 15th, and I'll return with an in depth review after THP back body drops it into the mall.
