Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3? Not for me!

NS:UNH3 is only going to be of an interest to fans of the series, and even then, only to fans who haven't been playing the other entries in the series. There isn't much here to entice you when there are many other PSP games that do the same things better.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3

Get your Anime caps on, It's time for some good old ninja action, Naruto style. The third Naruto fighting game for the PSP, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 follows the namesake given by It's predecessors but offers some gameplay changes more...

Dual voice tracks ; Ulimate Jutsu attacks offer explosive exposition ; Unlockables add some replay value

Toned down graphics to compensate for multiplayer ; No online multiplayer ; Uneven package

Thanks to this game, I have a renewed interest for the Nine-Tailed Fox kid and his little world of Ninjas. I can still see some room for improvement, especially considering that the same developer created a more worthy current gen console release with...

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 Review

Being a ninja surely can't be this tiresome.

45 or more playable characters; Ultimate jutsu movies kick ass

storyline cutscenes do not; Gameplay is too simplistic; Lack of depth and strategy; Repetitive

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3

Naruto has been turned into numerous video games, and the series is no stranger to being given the fighting game treatment. Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 is an exclusive to the PSP, and I don't really understand why. The point of the fighting game isn't to...

Lots of extras for fans to unlock

Shallow fighting system, familiar story to fans of the anime

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes

Handheld ports of console games are always met with skepticism in the gaming community. No matter how much technology advances, handhelds will always have limitations when compared to their console brethren. Today, I look at Naruto: Ultimate Ninja...

Near-perfect port of the PS2 series ; Excellent graphics ; Ample number of characters up to and including the anime's Chunin-Exam story arc

Like most Naruto games, it assumes previous knowledge of the Naruto universe ; Super move system has been simplified

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes is the perfect game for die-hard Naruto fans, or gamers with great interest in fighting games. It’s a perfect port from console to handheld system. However, if you're going to get this game, be sure some friends around you...

Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes

Ah, Naruto. That plucky little ninja sure never knows when to give up and it would seem that his game franchise possesses that same tenacity. While his ninja exploits have basically remained on the PlayStation 2 and GameCube, the PSP has finally...

If you're a Naruto fan and you own a PSP then Naruto Ultimate Heroes is a game to get. Sure it's essentially a smaller port of the Ultimate Ninjas 2 game from the PlayStation 2 but it's still a solid fighting experience. The action is intense, the game...

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes is the latest effort in the blond-haired, fox demon possessing ninja's quest to infiltrate American households. Based on the popular anime and manga, the game features Naruto favorites battling it out for one reason or...

For a PSP fighter, it's good. If you've played Ultimate Ninja 2, you'll know what you're getting into. Expect that, but slightly watered down in terms of what's available.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes

Naruto's latest fighting game isn't bad, but it's a little too simple for its own good. Believe it!

The fighting system is easy to get into; it looks and sounds like Naruto; multiplayer Game Sharing

The "easy" fighting system is simplistic to a fault; limited single player modes; obnoxious load times
