FIFA Street 2

Take the skill out of soccer and you get Wimbledon circa 1980, but what happens when you take the soccer out of skill?

With its focus on showy skills, frequent and repetitive goal-scoring and short, sharp matches, the experience has far more in common with US sports such as basketball than our own beautiful game

FIFA Street 2

If you're after another footy game that dispenses with rules and focuses entirely on the flashy side of the sport, there's little else out there that will suit you better.

Fun to attack ; Impressive soundtrack

Defensive shortcomings ; No online play

My main problem with FIFA Street 2 is that for all the skill-moves that you can pull off and the fun you can have, you really don't feel like you have enough control. Even when you master the more complicated tricks, things just don't click. If you're...

FIFA Street 2

The Street series of games had it's moment in the sun when NBA Street was released, thanks to the fun involved in over exaggerated dunks and huge tricks that made your rivals spin in disbelief. EA felt that the success in the NBA world meant that other...

The one saving grace was the great mix of tunes in the EA Trax section. Without the highly eclectic mix of tunes here I would have tuned out of the title long ago and not looked back. Skip it.

FIFA Street 2 Review for the GAMECUBE

Cleats of rage.

Good presentation; Some interesting match variations

Overpowered jukes; Takes forever to stand up; Repetitive gameplay; No online play

Bobbito, the DJ from the NBA Street series, was the first and last successful Street commentator. Thankfully, EA ducked having some lame clone and went with megaphone-distorted gibberish worthy of a drunken block party. And like your local pueblo's...

FIFA Street 2

It's easy to appreciate the improvements, but gameplay inconsistencies and eventual repetition make the sequel only marginally better than the original.

Fast-paced street action; improved ball physics; good-looking players

No online play; gameplay gets repetitive; not enough ¿FIFA¿ to go with the ¿Street

Whilst FIFA Street 2 is a better game than it's prequel, it really needs an online mode to take it to the next level. The tutorials should have been subtitled too

FIFA Street 2 Review (Xbox)

I'm going to come clean now; I prefer that my sports games have a little twist of simulation blended into them. Across the board, regardless of the sport, I've found it's the realism that increases my time spent with a sports title. Electronic Arts'...

EA's four-on-four, arcade-style slant on the world's most popular sport makes its PSP debut with FIFA Street 2. Players can get their kicks by challenging more than 320 professional stars on 20 national teams or by competing against an international assor

Fifa Street 2- PSP

Really good game, the ability to create players and teams is a big plus which most other football games don't have. However, not all international teams are available and I would have liked to see you able to play clubs as well as...
