Burnout Legends PSP Review

Even though this game was released in 2005, in my opinion it still is one of the best racing games you can get for the PSP.

Crash cars / bus / van / coach / F1 / truck ; Steal friends unlocked vehicles ; Multi-player bonus unlocks ; Sound score suited to the action ; Special unlocked cars ; Special unlocked tracks ; Ease of controls ; Best Of" Burnout games into 1 ; In-Game...

Burnout Legends

Mirror, signal, manoeuvre, smash... move over Mad Max, reckless driving has a new champion

This game doesn't simply celebrate dangerous driving, it positively revels in it, encouraging ever more reckless antics behind the wheel

Burnout Legends

As a game to pick up and play every now and again or to play with friends, Burnout Legends can't be beaten on the PSP.

Sharp visuals ; Loads of content

Content reused from previous games ; Not as flashy as console versions

Overall Burnout Legends is a great PSP title. It is another port - of sorts - but its use of older games makes its content seem fresher than other ports that have hit the handheld early in its life. As a game to pick up and play every now and again or...

Burnout: Legends

There may be a tailback of outrageous PSP racers waiting for your attention right now, but Burnout Legends leaves the competition for dust.

Burnout Legends (PSP) review

The fastest, most dangerous racer that was once exclusive to home consoles, is now breaking out of the bounds of you living room to grace the crisp, clear screen of Sony's new hand-held, the PSP. Burnout Legends is set to take the series' action and...

With just a few minor hiccups it is safe to say Burnout has made the transition to hand-held very well. With the UMD literally filled to breaking point with loads of different modes of play, Legends is a great game for long-term fans of the series as...

Burnout Legends

Burnout 3: Takedown and Burnout: Revenge are probably my favorite racing games. Their ultra-fast pace is unmatched, and the amount of destruction in a racing game is amazing. This recipe equals awesomeness, and Burnout Legends is almost the same.

Funny thing about racing games on PSP. First, there's too many of them. Second, they're usually stripped down knock-offs of something already seen on the PlayStation2 home console.

Burnout Legends

Some legends never die, but this one should be dragged behind the barn and put out of its misery.

Classic Burnout tracks admirably recreated for DS hardware ; Over 50 cars to choose from

Everything else

Burnout Legends DS is a terrible game. It's in 3D, and the Burnout tracks are scaled down well, but nothing else about the game is worth sitting through. It's slow, boring, and poorly put together, three things that the Burnout series is definitely...

Burnout Legends Review

Burnout Legends is one of the most addictive racing games you'll find on the PSP this year and missing out on this one means you either hate your PSP or are allergic to fun.

While it's missing a few of the elements the console versions offer, Burnout Legends is the perfect substitute to have with you when you're far from your console. Not only does it look amazing but it plays just as fluidly and as gorgeously as the big...
