Setting up this printer can be slightly difficult, and I recommend reading all of the instructions before getting started rather than following them step-by-step. The CL3500N weighs 73 pounds, so at least two people are required to unpack it safely....

Ricoh Auto Duplex Unit For Aficio CL3500N Printer

 

The part is as described. Simply dropped it into my Ricoh CL3500 and we can now do color duplex (double-sided) printing. Kind of annoying that Ricoh would leave out such a simple piece of plastic so that they can charge you a couple hundred dollars later.
