HP Sprocket Photo Printer review

Like with other digital cameras , I'd wager that most photos you take with your phone never make their way into print. That's a shame since your photos (or some of them, at least) are meant to be seen, not just live in a gadget's memory.

The HP Sprocket is exceptionally easy to use and prints straight from your phone. The image editing tools bring fun to an otherwise ordinary task.

Print quality is average and the cost of replacement paper can add up quickly.

If you can afford its initial and ongoing costs and aren't looking to hang your work in a museum, the HP Sprocket Photo Printer is a simple and enjoyable way to get photos off your phone.

HP Sprocket Photo Printer

The tiny, pocket-size HP Sprocket Photo Printer can produce wallet-size prints from your phone or tablet's photo albums or your social media accounts, but its output quality could be better.

Fast photo printing. Highly portable. Prints from your phone or tablet's photo albums. Easy integration with Facebook, Instagram, and Flickr.

Limited to wallet-size (2-by-3) prints. Can only print from smartphones and tablets via Bluetooth.

If you want to print small snapshots exclusively from your phone or tablet—whether from its photo albums or your social media accounts—the HP Sprocket is a convenient and appealing choice. Very similar in most ways (price, dimensions, speed, print...

Great printer

Having looked at the polaroid cameras it was good to find a modern alternative. It has the instant print concept but you can actually review the picture and add filters before printing. Overall a great product and the replacement paper is easily...

If you want a mobile printer this is the one

This is my 2nd instant photo printer after a Kodak and trust me this is the one to buy. The app works with useable tools to customise your pictures however I use it purely for my outdoor trips fishing, dog walking etc when away from home for a few days...

24 year old granddaughter thrilled

Granddaughter 24 got this for her birthday loved it. Older sister really impressed said she was going to buy herself one. So much fun actually having a photo instead of just being on mobile.

Its great to be able to print photos while on the move.

Really useful addition to add to my phone and so easy to pack away in my bag without taking up much room.

Loses connection

I struggle to get it to print out, it looses connection really easily then takes a while to reconnect, so not very instant. I do love how the photos work for me though once printed. I do get fed up with it though
